Downloads
All software requires a dongle. Without the dongle the downloads are useless. Contact us for the purchase of a license.
Window system files:
These DLL should be by default in the windows system directory. If a file is not found, error copy those files to the windows system directory. If they already exist keep the newest version.
Download includes files
Full download is only needed the first time a software package is installed on a computer.
Download the file, unzip the file and run setup from the unzipped file.
Check after the installation is complete to see if there are newer updates and download those updates if needed.
Update:
An update only works if a previous version of the software is already installed.
All upgrades need to be copied to the programme directory. All software from PiVOT is installed in the programme files directory by default.
After downloading an update, unzip the file and replace the older version with the newer version. If you don’t know where to find the old version, open the start menu and click on search. Search for files and folders. Search for the same name as the downloaded file.
